Core Hardware

  • Industrial robot arm from ABB or FANUC with payload and reach suited for teaching use.
  • Integrated PLC with HMI for external communication and electrical modules.
  • Arc-welding power source and torch package for the welding module.
  • Assembly grippers, pick-and-place tooling, movable or fixed base and stabiliser.

Lab Extensions

  • AGV unit with navigation and safety interlock integration.
  • Offline or online simulation software licence such as ABB RobotStudio.
  • Safety fencing and lab layout support for controlled student access.
  • MoU coordination with robot OEMs where applicable.
